BLESS

BLESS is a design team founded by Desiree Heiss and Ines Kaag.
They started their activities in Berlin, Germany, and are currently based in Berlin and Paris.
Desiree Heiss was born in 1971.
Ines Kaag was born in 1970.
Both studied fashion at university.
They met in 1993 while still in university and immediately hit it off.
They began their collaborative design activities in 1995.
Their first design was a poster created in 1995, followed by an advertisement for i-D magazine in 1996.
This was designated as "N°00" and became BLESS's first creation.
In 1997, Bless was established as a company.
They have a strong conceptual element and spend a lot of time generating ideas.
Rather than creating something completely new, they conduct thorough research and use past materials to create value.
Their products are assigned numbers such as "N°00" and "N°05."
In addition to creating original collections of clothing and accessories, they also actively engage in project work.
