生地は世界中の様々なブランドから信頼を集める岡山デニムを採用。
縫製は日本国内で40年以上の歴史を持つ老舗デニムファクトリーで製作。
Oで永年ご好評頂いております”オーダー”のデニムパンツです。
タテヨコ共に毛羽立ちの少ない強撚糸を使用し、ミディアムオンスの右綾(S撚)デニムに織り上げる事で従来のヘビーデニムの様な固さ重さを省き、カリッとした生地の表情ながらもほどよい滑らかさと着心地の軽さを持ち合わせた仕上がりになっております。
糸にヴィンテージの風合いと強度を持たせる為、1828年にアメリカで発明されたリング精紡機を使用しております。
染色は、ロープ染色インディゴピュア7回染めで濃淡のメリハリをしっかりと出し、経年においての綺麗な色落ちを持たせております。
ワンウォッシュ仕上げ。
シルエットは股上をやや深めに取り、ハイウェストからローウェストまで着用する方のお好みに対応し、ウェスト位置の設定によってスタイリングの印象をアジャスト可能です。

The fabric is Okayama denim, which is trusted by various brands around the world.
They are sewn in Japan at a long-established denim factory with a history of over 40 years.
These “order-made” denim pants have been popular at O for many years.
We use high-twisted yarns with little fluffiness in both the warp and weft, and weave them into a medium-ounce right twill (S-twist) denim, which eliminates the stiffness and weight of conventional heavy denim and gives the fabric a crispy look with a good smoothness and lightness that makes it comfortable to wear.
To give the yarn a vintage texture and strength, a ring spinning machine invented in the U.S. in 1828 is used.
The yarn is dyed seven times with pure Indigo rope-dyed yarn to give a richness of shading, and the color fades beautifully over time.
One-washed finish.
The silhouette is slightly deep in the crotch to accommodate the wearer's preference from a high waist to a low waist, and the styling impression can be adjusted by setting the waist position.
