BLESS

BLESS is a design team founded by Desiree Heiss and Ines Kaag.
They started their activities in Berlin, Germany, and are now based in Berlin and Paris.
Desiree Heiss was born in 1971.
Ines Kaag was born in 1970.
Both studied fashion at university.
They met in 1993 while still students and hit it off.
They began collaborating on design projects in 1995.
Their first design was a poster created in 1995, followed by an advertisement for i-D magazine in 1996.
This ad, "N°00," is considered BLESS's first creation.
In 1997, BLESS was established as a company.
They focus heavily on conceptual elements and spend a lot of time generating ideas.
Rather than creating the newest things, they conduct thorough research and use past materials to create value.
Their products are assigned numbers such as "N°00" and "N°05."
They also create original collections, presenting clothing and accessories, while actively engaging in project activities.
