GANNI was founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife duo Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director, and Nicolaj Reffstrup, Founder, based in Copenhagen.
They advocate for a new Scandinavian style called "SCANDI 2.0."
They aim to build communities and use over 70% certified organic and recycled materials in their collections, striving to minimize their environmental footprint and contribute to society and the environment.
In September 2022, they received international recognition as a B Corp, evaluated against 17 goals represented by the SDGs.
In 2020, they established the "GANNI Gameplan," consisting of 44 items across four pillars: People (items related to gender equality, diversity, inclusion, etc.), Planet (items related to the global environment), Product (items related to responsible production), and Prosperity (items related to building a sustainable fashion industry).
