GANNI was founded in 2009 by husband and wife Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director, and Nicolaj Reffstrup, Founder, and is based in Copenhagen.
They advocate "SCANDI 2.0," a new Nordic style.
They aim to build a community and use over 70% certified organic and recycled materials in their collections, striving to minimize their environmental impact and contribute to society and the environment.
In September 2022, they achieved international recognition as a B Corp, evaluated based on 17 goals represented by the SDGs.
In 2020, they launched the "GANNI Gameplan," consisting of 44 items based on four pillars: People (items related to gender equality, diversity, inclusion, etc.), Planet (items related to the global environment), Product (items related to responsible production), and Prosperity (items related to building a sustainable fashion industry).
