Unnecessary cigar pockets and Velcro, which are not needed for civilian clothing, have been intentionally omitted, resulting in a minimalist finish.
It features a rounded silhouette with dropped shoulders, designed for a relaxed balance.
YKK coil zippers are used in a reverse orientation, and rayon grosgrain tape is used for the pull tabs.
Furthermore, a reinforcement cord is inserted into the front edge, serving as both stretch prevention and reinforcement, creating a mil-spec specification.
Using 60g of insulation, it achieves a medium-weight and relatively light feel, with insulation built into all parts, including flaps, collars, and pocket linings.
It provides warmth suitable for city wear and achieves a well-balanced overall product weight.
Despite being a cut-and-sew material, 30-count thread is used for stitching to create puckering easily, producing a mil-spec-like appearance.
Additionally, by gathering and sewing each seam, the texture of vintage clothing, as if washed or tumble-dried, is recreated through pattern cutting and sewing techniques.
