Made by Ono Meriyasu Kogyo, founded in 1924, this item uses 40-count organic cotton jersey knitted with pesticide- and chemical-free cotton.
It offers a comfortable feel for everyday wear, with just the right amount of firmness and softness.
The buttons are cat-eye buttons (fish-eye buttons) commonly seen on vintage clothing from around the 1950s.
The threads are concealed to prevent fraying.
This detail is rarely seen in recent years due to simplification, and the buttons are made from mother-of-pearl.
