We have developed an original structure where carbon fabric is wrapped around the shoe from the sole to the upper, and the sole is split into front and back sections.
This is to create a three-dimensional hold, with the feeling of being pushed up from below when tightening the shoelaces.
Each part and structure has a purpose.
The rubber covering the shoe is originally used for soles, but it is thinly sliced, and flat pieces are attached one by one to fit the shoe, a process that cannot be done without manual labor.
Three types of leather are used: suede for the toe and heel to ensure strong adhesion to the sole, while supple Kudu leather (from a bovine animal) is used for the instep and the area from the ankle to the Achilles tendon, as these areas experience a lot of movement.Glass leather is used for the leather over the laces to maintain stability and allow wear even in the rain.
