NOCHINO OPTICAL "Tsukiyomi" "#9 GLOSS BLACK × AOFUJI BLUE to D.GREY"
These Boston-style glasses offer a soft and understated look.
The small frame is a multi-use silhouette suitable for all races and genders.
They feature photochromic lenses, one of the brand's iconic elements, which change color under UV light.
Despite the thin plastic frame, they incorporate adjustable nose pads (metal parts that can be adjusted for the nose) to greatly enhance comfort.
The specifications incorporate the craftsmanship of skilled artisans.
The nose pads, which are in close contact with the skin for almost an entire day's activity, are made of luxurious, allergy-free titanium.
Furthermore, by embedding high-temperature metal parts into the plastic frame, excessive metal components are eliminated, and semi-permanently repairable parts are carefully selected.
The rivets connecting the hinges are polished using a finishing method called "togidashi" (polishing after insertion into plastic), with skilled artisans meticulously polishing each pair until the very end.
The 2-curve lenses, emblematic of NOCHINO OPTICAL, possess a beautiful curvature that is neither flat nor a common curve type, reminiscent of old hand-cut glass lenses, exuding a radiant surface and an air of luxury.

NOCHINO OPTICAL
Not a full moon, but the one before it.The Japanese sensibility that values the moon just before it becomes full.
The beauty of insufficiency, the beauty of incompleteness, the beauty of empty space.
The 13th moon, the "nochi no tsuki" (later moon).
Believing that insufficiency allows for the emergence of things that cannot be expressed through completeness or satisfaction.
By making insufficiency beautiful, people are made to feel the beauty of satisfaction.
Like the 13th moon, or "nochi no tsuki," eyeglasses are incomplete the moment they leave the craftsman's hands.
Our products are like the 13th moon.
In the Heian period, when The Tale of Genji was born, it was a noble pastime to keenly feel the seasons and wear colors that "matched the season," incorporating them into daily life.
Today, we enjoy the pleasure of wearing colors that match the season, and our products are only completed when they perfectly match their individual owners.
