The fabric is Okayama denim, trusted by various brands worldwide.
The sewing is done in Japan at a long-established denim factory with over 40 years of history.
These are our "order-made" denim pants, which have been popular at O for many years.
We use high-twist yarns with minimal fluff in both the warp and weft, weaving them into a medium-ounce right-hand twill (S-twist) denim. This eliminates the stiffness and weight of traditional heavy denim, resulting in a crisp fabric with a pleasant smoothness and lightweight feel.
To impart a vintage texture and strength to the yarn, we use a ring spinning machine invented in America in 1828.
The dyeing process involves seven rope-dyeing stages with pure indigo, creating a clear contrast in shades and allowing for beautiful fading over time.
One-wash finish.
The silhouette features a slightly deep rise, accommodating preferences from high-waist to low-waist wear, allowing the styling impression to be adjusted by setting the waist position.

The yarn is dyed seven times with pure Indigo rope-dyed yarn to give a richness of shading, and the color fades beautifully over time.
