We use Okayama denim, trusted by brands worldwide, and sew our jeans at a long-established Japanese denim factory with 45 years of history.
By weaving both warp and weft with low-fluffing strong twisted yarn into a medium-ounce right-hand twill (S-twist) denim, we've eliminated the bulkiness and weight of traditional heavy denim, resulting in a crisp yet comfortably light denim.We use a ring spinning machine invented in America in 1828 to give the yarn a vintage texture and strength.
This is a used-wash type.
With a deep rise, it can accommodate high to low waists, and the silhouette changes depending on your preferred waist position.
While it has a wide silhouette, it's not the extremely baggy wide silhouette of the 90s. Instead, it's a loose-fit denim pant that takes inspiration from the wide straight workwear seen during the golden age of denim pants in the 50s, with minimal optional design elements and the use of medium-ounce denim for a lightweight and refined feel.
