Established in 2004 by the Inoue brothers, who were born in Copenhagen, Denmark.They develop products while adhering to uncompromising ideals yet maintaining a thoroughly open perspective, and by building strong ties with various indigenous heritages, cultures, and communities skilled in handicrafts, their greatest goal in each project is to generate public interest in responsible production methods through quality and design.

Satoshi Inoue learned practical graphic design through an internship at an advertising agency, becoming an art director a few years later.
Kiyoshi Inoue became the youngest art director ever at "Vidal Sassoon," a global authority in the beauty industry.
In 2014, the brothers founded the art studio "THE INOUE BROTHERS...".
