We perform print processing at a dye house in Kyoto.
By layering different colors before the dyes are completely dry, the base color and pattern color blend without fully mixing or separating, creating a blurred, gradient-like effect.
The base fabric used is lyocell-rayon-linen broadcloth, which offers both the crispness of linen and the drape of lyocell-rayon.
Furthermore, the mixture of fibers from all three materials creates a unique texture and appearance.
